I’ve put down my hammer and chisel

 to wish everyone a very, very, VERY happy 30th anniversary!

And to welcome every visitor to my new web home. Finished or not (and it’s not – there’s still a fair amount of content to add yet), I vowed to go live on September 25th. I do wish the calendar pages hadn’t turned so quickly!

This Imagine That site has been a long time coming; I’ve talked about it forever. I’m sure I first said “soon”, what … two, maybe three Winterfests ago. Argh!

I started in on this project in earnest back in April. I had to learn a lot of new tricks, some of which I haven’t mastered. I’m sure you’ll find glitches in the navigation, links that go wonky, links that go nowhere. There are several stories still to post and wallpapers to put into galleries. There are a lot of graphics; the site is sure to load slowly. Designed first for desktops, the pages should be mostly, hopevully okay on tablets and ipads. I can promise you it won’t look all that great on phones yet. Please bear with me as I tweak. And tweak some more.
