At last! I managed to meet the deadline for submitting to a conzine. I was the editor of it this year, and I had to give myself until the absolute last minute to get it in. Believe me, I was tapping my foot. I wasn’t sure I’d make my own timeframe!

I’ve had this story in mind for quite a while and, as well, an idea for the same moment in A Kingdom by the Sea from Elliot’s point of view. I’m hoping to get that story written for Winterfest next year. Given how slow I am at everything, I’d better get started!
